Every visit at The Basin has been greeted with excellent customer service, not only from my Hairdresser Chloe but from front reception staff and all the junior staff who assist the hairdressers. I always love my visits to The Basin. Chloe did an amazing colour and cut for me and asked all the right kind of questions to determine my preferences. All of the staff are so lovely and professional. The new salon fit-out looks fab too!
