HI basin. The end result was great, but i wonder if there isn't a better way to handle the salon being closed on a Monday. i really wanted to get a trim prior to midday, when I had a very important meeting. Even though I left a message on Monday, it wasn't until Tuesday morning that I was contacted to confirm that I could get my trim. I know it might not be possible to check the messages last thing Monday night and do the confirming then , but it would certainly be appreciated by potential customers. Just feedback, don't get too stressed! Oh, and the girl who cut my hair was great .....Lanh???? Fantastic
