From the time you enter The Basin until you leave you are treated with courtesy and as if you are their only client. Consultation is personalised and expertly undertaken. The professionalism and skill of staff members is excellent. I always leave feeling like my hair looks amazing and that the advice and excellent cut will meant my style and colour be easy to manage at home. Thank you Mandy and Stephen

It was a bit stuffy in the salon. Maybe turn the heating down just a fraction. Apart from that, always a lovely experience

I had a great experience at the Basin. This is probably my 5th visit & I got my most exciting hair cut yet. All the staff are very friendly & up for a chat, and the professional advice is fantastic. They have recommended an appropriate amount of products without over selling them to me. Over the last year, I have recommended the Basin to a close friends who now both visit the salon regularly! Couldn’t recommend the service enough!
