Comment
First visited the Basin late last year after a hair disaster at another salon. Even though it was only a couple of weeks before Christmas and I'm sure they were very busy, the staff at the Basin were sympathetic to my situation and managed to fit me in to have it fixed within a couple of days of contacting them. I was very happy with the result given what they had to work with and have continued to go there since this time. The team are very friendly the service is excellent.
