From the moment I stepped into the salon I had a good feeling. All the women were friendly and helpful. Kim my principal stylist listened to my fears and to what I was after. I got the Opalex 1&2 treatment and my hair is smooth and soft as I remember it used to be. My hot cuppa tea was ready waiting for me when I got back from the wash basin. Plenty of helpful tips and tricks for maintaining my hair were shared and I felt no pressure to buy products at the salon. When it came cutting the front short like I planned, I had some mild anxiety about it and Kim made me feel comfortable and at ease before proceeding as I wanted. I left feeling a million dollars, and would recommend the salon to any and all my friends. Honestly refreshing.
