I am a fairly new client but I feel very valued every time I visit. The staff are fantastic from the wonderful customer service desk girls to the staff who help with coffees and other things and the lovely Jess is the best! I cannot recommend her highly enough, she does an amazing job on my hair every time! I love this place, it transforms my life every few weeks!
