Comment
I bring my 12 year old daughter twice a year to see Chloe for a cut, and have done since she was 4. Chloe is so patient and thorough with her, making sure she understands how her hair will respond to the dream cut she has in mind. She treats her like her most important client, and as a result my daughter glows throughout the whole experience. Not only is her cut perfect, she is radiant from the experience. That to me is everything.
