I always look forward to my time at The Basin. Im always greeted straightaway by whoever is at the desk, and usually whisked into a chair by my stylist. Alice was ready and waiting for me on Friday and got straight to my consult. She took the time to ask what I wanted done and was happy to look at some inspo pics I had saved. Alice is always up for a friendly, funny chat but I also had work to do so was respectful of that too. I love my colour, and the cut is exactly what I was wanting (and needing!) The Basin never fails to deliver- it's my happy place!
