I arrived at the salon yesterday as a brand new client and was greeted most beautifully by the lovely attendant at the customer service desk. I was then introduced to the gorgeous Jess who listened to my hair story and trust me my hair was not in a good way, who then went about transforming my wild head of hair into the best hair I have had in a very long time. I am over the moon as I was seriously starting to live a reclusive life in an effort to find a good hairdresser! I had the most amazing experience at The Basin Haircutters and I look forward to a great relationship with the fabulous Jess. Thank you so so much!!
