My stylist Zoe was warm and respectful; she asked questions, listened, and made suggestions based on what I was hoping to achieve. I was pleased with the whole experience, and like the new style she has achieved. Even better, it suits my lifestyle and I can wash, dry and wear it with a minimum of fuss at home.
