New to Ballarat and in need of finding a great hairdresser, a co-worker recommended the Cutters Chair. That was 18 months ago and have continued making my hair appointments there. The staff are friendly, great service, listen to how you want your hair to look. I relax and enjoy the whole treatment with coffee and chocolate. Totally recommend.
