This was my first visit to the salon, my stylist was Casey. She was really excellent - friendly, welcoming, listened carefully and gave options. Salon has lots of natural light, great massage chair at the basin. No pressure to sell product, and gave free sachet of shampoo - which makes me even more likely to go back and purchase it. A very good experience overall.
