I have been coming to Cutters Chairs for a few years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.. the service is always professional as well as friendly. I always get up to date information on products that I wish to purchase and advise on the how to get the most out of them. The staff are up to date with new techniques.. best salon in Ballarat
