I hate to be one of those people my my experience with your lash tech was not good at all, not only was she late, but she didn’t talk me through the process at all and at some stages stopped mid session to have a chat with a fellow worker about non work related issues, she also talked about her problems which she seems to have a lot of stuff going on in her life at the moment but as a fellow business owner of my staff did this I would be a bit embarrassed, the appointment is suppose to focus on the client, leave your drama at the door, she also spoke poorly about the head stylist which regardless of her opinion of Brielle she shouldn’t be sharing with customers very unprofessional. As for my actual lashes, they aren’t exactly what I asked for either but it was more the whole vibe of the lash tech that wasn’t welcoming, she didn’t introduce herself or even ask my name.
