Grant never disappoints. I can't rate my experience with Grant high enough. His creativity, expertise, professionalism and personality make my time spent in the salon exceptional. Grant takes the time to advise, hypothesise and consult with me to achieve results that satisfy us both, well, maybe me more than him. Grant takes my feelings into consideration as well as my habits, while steering me away from reckless "whoo hoo, let's cut it all off moments." He takes the time to understand how your hair behaves. He is not pushy. He takes his time. He works carefully. He finds a way to achieve the results you want by using his artistry, knowledge and experience.

Staff are always super friendly. The services provided are first class. I have recently moved and now live 45 mins away but that won't stop me from going. Thanks South 21 and see you soon!!
