I love Saltair Spa but unfortunately my recent visit was not good at all. I had the saltair signature massage and the therapist was too soft. I had to ask her twice to please go a little firmer and she didn't. It was like she was just rubbing lotion on my skin rather than penetrating my muscles. For $145 I was really disappointed. She had also said it was her last day with Saltair so maybe she just didn't care anymore and that reflected on the treatment I received.

Had high expectations of this place, I can't fault the actual treatment. But I waited a long time for a person on reception when I got there and when I left! Sitting in the waiting area when I first got there was nice, but after a treatment you want to feel like you could stay and enjoy your tea, or water, but I felt like I was in other people's way and I couldn't relax. Also it's nice to relax in a robe after a long treatment! But I had to put my clothes on straight after my treatment. Little things would make my experience a lot better, but I was fairly let down

A bit rude on the phone considering we were patronising the facility. Could learn some customer service considering a lot of money had been spent for a relaxing, serviced, experience.

Staff were lovely but poorly presented. Treatment room was located near reception and you could hear a lot Noise and talking from staff and other clients. The service was fine but not worth the money.

I was told to arrive 15 min early to start on time then by the time I had a chance to get undressed and for the lady to come back in I lost time and money. I have been there once before and received the best treatment from Made. I was originally booked in with her, but when changed my appointment time I wasn't advised that this appointment would no longer be with Made.

The couch was very very uncomfotable and there was no body wash in the shower. The therapist was very nice but needed more pressure in sore spots
