I was absolutely thrilled with my experience at JW Hair. I truly felt that I mattered and that the expertise of the team was employed to give me the best information. I was listened to and much care and time were spent on getting it right for me. It was my first time at JW Hair and it was an uplifting experience one where I came away feeling beautiful, happy and ready to look the world in the face. Very happy with my experience at JW Hair. Jonathan was very attentive to my desired red colour and also the history of colours in my hair so as to make sure he achieved what I wanted with a customised colour blend whilst also considering the long term health and quality of my hair. The entire process was easy, very fast and also relaxing. Best head massage at a salon to date! I love my hair and I will be back :)

Since I've been coming to this salon, I followed Frances, I have found the staff very friendly and inviting. There's always a relaxed friendly atmosphere there.
