On the morning of my appointment, after 9:30AM, I called to see if I could delay my appointment but the phone went to voicemail when I expected it to be answered by the reception. Not a big issue but something to monitor in the future.

I would highly recommend Chelsea! She is excellent at doing blondes and I am in love with the result of my hair! The salon overall has a lovely environment! Everyone is very friendly, nice and welcoming. I really look forward to going back to Rixon Hair again.
