The salon environment is very nice and there were many staff members to help. I appreciated the free drink and everyone was quite kind. That said, I found the appointment to be rushed (it was clear the hairdresser was hurrying up to get to another client), and I did not like that there wasn't a shampoo at the end. I thought it is standard to get a hair wash after a cut, so that you don't have hair falling all over the place until you get home. I also did not appreciate that the final price was significantly higher than the price on the website, because only the more senior stylists were available. I only found out that the price would be higher after I booked the appointment.

I had a wonderful experience for my hair color appointment today. Imogen is wonderful and professional discussing and explaining all the options and suggestions. She is a very qualified color expert. All the staffs are lovely and the salon has great vibes and ambience. I love the result and the whole visit is pleasant! I highly recommend this salon and will visit again!

Wonderful service at Rixon from the moment I stepped out of the elevator. Imogen is brilliant - very friendly and explained all the products that she was using on my hair. I left with my hair looking and feeling amazing again. 💕
