Jenna was running a little late, but came over and came over an did a consultation and someone else shampooed. The basin massage was to die for. I had a complete style change and I'm really happy with the result. Other staff served me a coffee and hot towel. Finally a salon that knows what service means!!!! No wonder you guys are always booked solid.
