The whole experience from the moment when my wife and I walk in the door to when we leave in about an hour is satisfying because the staff know our names and treat us as VIPs. A visit begins with a relaxing head massage in a massage chair, followed by a freshly brewed coffee and an accompanying very yummy home made Melting Moment biscuit. My hairdresser Jenna takes care to cut my hair to the same style every 5 weeks and quite cleverly uses only a small set of sissors.
