I've been attending you salon regularly for a little while now, and have Jemma often doing my hair. I find her quality of service to be incredible and she is friendly and lovely. However recently I have had a different person doing my haircut who has made a few interesting comments. Pointing at hairdressers to ask how I want my hair to look and then saying I will never get my hair that long as it is very "damaged" and how I will not be able to grow it out if I keep damaging it. I'm all for the truth, but the way it is delivered can come across rather rude. I have had her do my haircut twice now and I am seriously considering changing salons as a result. Jemma however is lovely.
