Hi Raquel, I have previously mentioned this to you. What your business is missing is recognition for loyal customers. You do have specials every month, which is good for attracting business, however, these offers do not differentiate in any way a customer off the street versus customers who come in more regularly. You could have a loyalty card (stamp card or otherwise) where for example after a customer spends certain amount thresholds with you you can give them eg 10% of their next visit's spend. The specials you have are good for people who may need that type of service only. Coming back to you is more enticing for regular customers if we'd be treated such ie more special since we bring in business to you on a regular basis. :) Carmen
