It would have been nice to be asked if I was comfortable. As I was cold throughout the treatment. A pillow being offered to be placed under my head or under my knees after I rolled over would have also improved my comfort.

I'm quite disappointed after having 2 services done here.I expected a qualified beauty therapist to recommend the best thing for my skin.To be recommended a service which has left me with a rash and quite red raised skin. To be told by the 2IC just to go to a chemist to get them to fix the problem I thought was unacceptable . Also bought product which I am now to scared to use as the 2IC also said it could be an allergic reaction to something. Which I thought strange after never being allergic to anything before in 29 years! They didn't even offer to look at the reaction or compensate. You may be red for a few hours they said on Monday it's now Friday.

I was extremely disappointed with the service of a signature pedicure firstly they were running 10 minutes late secondly the device to remove dead skin broke on the second foot then they cut my third toe from the cuticle treatment ito bleeds nothing was mentioned. Then bathing your feet in a giant kitchen ball with small amount of products where they said it was removing my dead skin cells and that is why the water is turning white needless to say I was wearing sunscreen on my feet and legs so that was why the water was white. Then I couldn't have the nail polish I wanted as someone else was using it. The nail polish was poorly applied. To be honest you get a better service at a Asian nail bar at a lower cost even though they aren't hygienic.

To tell the customers that someone is training. She just did her own thing and didn't listen to what I said. My eye brows look completely different, a good chuck taken out and uneven. Seriously a big fear unlocked. Didn't say anything to the lady's face as I didn't want to say anything but told the lovely ladies at the front. They helped me out. But just not happy as eye brows take a little while to grow back plus they look nothing like mine as well as a good chuck gone. I know there is nothing you guys can do in the big picture just giving feedback as I am not too happy

I was not at all happy with Rinnae's service. She did not dim the lights during treatment, chatted all the way through and I felt she was pushy. She was not friendly at all and was busy cleaning the sink and liquid off the floor when my masque was on. I have had much nicer experiences with the other girls there.

Very heavy handed when removing tint . Never experienced this before . Eyes are a very delicate area and should be treated accordingly
