I have attended a number of times over the last few years, all the staff are truly professional, courteous and friendly especially in my situation, however what I feel is missing and would be beneficial within the salon are treatments involving laser and IPL for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening (Exilis) (face & body), oxygen facials, hydrotherapy & vichy shower etc as well as acrylic nails. However realising the current facilities would most likely be insufficient and/or staff in using laser for example, with the forthcoming expansion and redevelopment of Grand Central/Gardentown perhaps a larger store may be an option in the future with an increase in your current services. With all the development occurring in Toowoomba I believe the client base will only increase, therefore increasing the company overall. In any case I enjoy attending the salon when I am able to.
