Best facial/massage I’ve had at a beauty place. I like very firm massage and generally you don’t get that at beauty places so I prefer to go to specialised massage places. My therapist was amazing. She talked to me a little and it really improved my day. She was lovely. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

Ash was wonderful. I’ve had the same treatment a few times at this salon and it’s always been professional and lovely but this was excellent. She really took time and care with the microderm and did this fabulous finger tapping thing on my face over the peel- I don’t know if it was just to distract the rest of my face from tingling or if there’s some extra benefit but either way I enjoyed it immensely! P

I was really surprised by the quality of the massage I had. I have had salon massages before that really were a waste of time but at Pure Indulgence it was relaxing and an exceptional massage.

When I arrived home, I noticed a lot of fine hairs that had been missed on both arms and a big patch of hairs just below the elbow. I had a half arm wax so that patch of hair should have been removed. Usually, after waxing the therapist checks my arms herself to search for stray hairs or missed hairs and often tweezes them. However, that didn’t happen today. Also, the treatment was more painful than usual, as the therapist used the same strip to remove the wax from one entire section of arm instead of folding the strip or getting a new one. The wax got stuck a few times and had to pulled two or three times to be removed. I’ve got a few patches of skin that has started to peel now also. I also think the strip wax from the machine is definitely not the best choice for arm waxing. The pot wax is much better suited to apply to the curves of the arm and that’s what the therapist has always used in the past.
