I was very impressed. Staff were very professional. After having an unpleasant experience previously from another salon and explaining this to my beautician, she made me feel at ease and I was very impressed with her professionalism.

I love your salon, and the professional and luxurious touches. I was a little irritated yesterday, my therapist was talking and asking me questions about myself the entire time. It's really the only time I get to not have to listen to the chattering of others and I really prefer a quieter treatment. Otherwise I am perfectly happy with your salon.

Parisa is the best waxer I have ever had. She is worth her wait in gold. For product and care advice as well as thoroughness and professionalism. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.

This was my second visit and the lady who treated me today was just as lovely as the previous. It’s a foreign world to me, but they are quite accommodating.

The salon was fantastic, everyone seemed nice, clean and tidy, room was nice. Service was great, was surprised that i got a foot rub while my LED light was on, very much enjoyed that. The only things i would say would be it would be a little better if your before facial consult wasnt in the reception area. Also having worked in retail i realise that upselling is a thing but sometimes people are just there to get a facial or massage etc and leave, they dont want to change their whole skincare regime. Maybe on the questionnaire you could say whether or not you are interested in new products.

Treatment rooms & reception area are uncomfortably small. Very tight when multiple customers are on site
