I come to Pure Indulgence for my eyebrow wax and happily pay more due to the point of difference with the gorgeous eye mask and face massage that you have always offered. Yesterday I went and was looking forward to my treatment, and was shocked to find that the price had gone up, and that you have deleted that part of the service. Not much reason to come anymore as I can get a good wax at many other salons and now you are just an expensive service, offering nothing extra.
