Comment
I have been regularly visiting Pure Indulgence. In that time my usual therapist has since left and I am trialling other team members to find a good match. My therapist for my last appointment was friendly and made me feel at ease. However, she did not use a compress after waxing and put wax on both sides of my upper leg causing my legs to stick together. I was not offered a heat pack or towel to cover my eyes as I had done so in other appointments. I combined my wax treatments with a facial. The facial was fantastic and my therapist did an excellent job discussing the products and using them. My appointment was in the evening and I was not offered the chance to decline tinted moisturiser being applied. Despite these niggles, I had a fantastic treatment and will continue visiting Pure Indulgence.
