A wonderful beauty experience. The skin specialist was next level with being gentle, always asking how I was feeling, made me feel calm and relaxed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Unfortunately though, the pressure at the end to buy beauty products, even though I advised in the room I was happy with my current products and had only just replinished my products, I still came out to front reception with products waiting on the counter to show me. This unfortunately made my wonderful experience at the start to walking out a little stressed as I wasn't listened to when advising I'd only replinished four weeks ago.
