My beautician on the day was excellent. Ellie was her name. My experience at the front counter left a lot to be desired. The assistant quoted the cost of the treatment at $170.00. I produced a gift voucher for $75.00 which seemed to irrate the assistant and she asked as to where the voucher was purchased. As it was a gift for Christmas I did not know but as my daughter is a regular client at the Toowoomba salon I assumed and indicated it was Toowoomba. After some tapping on the computer I was told I owed $100.00. I appeared now to be paying $5 because I had a gift voucher. I left doubting whether I would ever return. On enquiring my daughter said she had purchased the voucher on line.You advertise the purchase of gift vouchers on line. I consider the attitude of the assistant absolutely disgusting considering I was purchasing a service to the value of $170.00. g
