I would just like to say that I’ve had my share of bad facial treatments in the past but honestly Imogen ant the Grand Central store absolutely smashed it. It was the best experience I’ve ever had! She really took her time and I could tell she put a lot of care into the treatment I received - it didn’t feel rushed and she communicated every step of the treatment to me. I rebooked with her of course and I’m looking forward to being one of her regulars.
