Only downside was the lack of a toilet, once your undressed and realize you need to go before an hour and half treatment and the nearest is the downstairs public toilets ! Is it another Covid 19 restriction ? Make sure you go before you arrive at the Salon ! Maybe the staff could notify on arrival of this fact ?

Everything was amazing although on the package I chose, I mainly chose it as it had a stress relief foot massage added to the end which I never received unfortunately. But everything else was great Thankyou

Absolutely awesome. My only gripe is that the reception should be a bit quieter while treatment is going on. Nothing worse then listening to conversation while enjoying the treatment

I had a pedicure at Pure Indulgence and was quite disappointed. The therapist was struggling to get the filing machine to work, it took about 10mins all up for her to replace it and get it working. I had assumed that this would mean my pedicure would go for an extra 10 minutes but it didn’t! Then once I’ve gotten home, I’ve noticed that the polish is smudged all over my toes (definitely not from me as I sat in the waiting area for 15mins after to let them dry) and my heels have definitely not been filed properly. Not only do they still feel scratchy, they look horrendous! All in all, I feel pretty ripped off for paying $89 for a pedicure to go home and feel like I need another one tomorrow!
