I had a pedicure at Pure Indulgence and was quite disappointed. The therapist was struggling to get the filing machine to work, it took about 10mins all up for her to replace it and get it working. I had assumed that this would mean my pedicure would go for an extra 10 minutes but it didn’t! Then once I’ve gotten home, I’ve noticed that the polish is smudged all over my toes (definitely not from me as I sat in the waiting area for 15mins after to let them dry) and my heels have definitely not been filed properly. Not only do they still feel scratchy, they look horrendous! All in all, I feel pretty ripped off for paying $89 for a pedicure to go home and feel like I need another one tomorrow!

I booked the Smart Woman Facial using the Dermalogica's Age Smart products as advertised and purchased a pack, particularly because Dermalogica products were being used. The service was wonderful, the therapist amazing. However, I was dismayed to find only Yuva products on the bench after my treatment, no sign of any Dermalogica products. Very disappointing.

I love coming to pure indulgence unfortunately I have just had the worst treatment ever.it was way to rough for the facial and the hot stones massage was too dry on my skin .i was very dissapointed with my visit

I felt as though the lady I had should not have been working because she appeared very sick and would constantly sniffle/cough throughout my treatment. I felt she spent a lot of time stopping to blow her nose which took away from my relaxation.

Waiting room is extremely small .. and the rooms was cold.. I was freezing with my full body massage at one point.

It has always been lovely to get a facial at Pure Indulgence. However my experience this time just didn't have the care or finishing touches it has had in the past. I was left with a lot of oil on my back (normally this gets wiped off before the end of treatment) My hair was a birdsnest, I've had a head massage before but have never had my hair left in such a mess with knots. It was a nightmare to brush it out and try to get looking half decent to walk back out in public in the shopping centre. Lastly, I couldn't see clearly when I walked out as I had a lot or cream/product in my eyes. I don't normally give negative feedback but I have always had a wonderful experience at Pure Indulgence salons over the past years I've been going, it would be a shame to see the standard drop.
