Overall, quite sad. 1. Manicure - cuticles were not even, so polish wasn’t laid down even; a few bubbles on several nails and bumps. The result doesn’t look professional. 2. Pedicure - for some reason an add on of peeling mask took away massage time. If I’m paying more, shouldn’t I receive that I paid for as well as an extra that I later agreed to? Nail polish on both big toes wasn’t evenly distributed - visible brush strokes. 3. Not sure why waxing of face was done at the end, as I left with a red face. At the start would have made more sense.. also brows still had random hair and should have been removed with twisters, instead I have to do the clean up myself.. I didn’t expect much but was hoping at least I wouldn’t have feel bad after the appointment. While the entrance looks nice, the rooms need some improvement. Sink tap is rusty or dirty, hard to tell. The pedicure basic looked rusty too.. The chair is not comforter neither for manicure nor pedicure. Had to awkwardly sit for both of them, very sore after a couple of hours..

I found the use of a tap frequently during treatment distracting as well as being able to hear staff chatting the the hallway. Technique and skill Could have been better although my therapist was lovely.

I have been a customer for quite some time and have recieved great customer service every time though sadly the quality of service has fluctuated. I am very upset after todays visit after getting home and having a good look at the treatment recieved. Whilst I was there the service was amazing, great customer service, a warm and caring treatment however my eyebrows are uneven, one is thicker than the other, there is a lot of excess left over hairs that shouldn't be there on the outside, on the inside of my one of my eyebrows too much of the thickness taken and the natural shape gone. My eyebrows look thin, flat and noticable different to one another. It makes me extremely sad to have to provide this feedback because the lady that looked after me was super kind, but I am really unhappy with the way my eyebrows have turned out.

I had a 30 min back massage at $75. I was unable to have full package (not PI fault). Wouldn't recommend this. It consisted of rubbing cream into soft tissue. Much better value elsewhere. No check in regarding strength of massage after commencement. Environment very stark. Spa prices with supermarket ambience.
