Chose the celebrity pack thinking I would walk away with perfect brows . Walked away looking like a clown with uneven misshapened brows .

This is my third visit to this salon. I get a usual eye lash tint and brow tint. Last time I was there I was told by the person who did it that she put notes of my brow tint in my file. I was happy with the look of my brows at previous appointments, so today I booked in with the same technician, I made this booking over a week ago. This morning I got a call telling me that the person I booked with doesn’t actually do treatments today and that regardless she had hurt her back and couldn’t do it. I was assured that she had booked me in with senior technicians. Firstly I had a pedicure today as a special treat. I booked the $89 one which said it goes for 60 minutes. I was out in 50. I paid extra for a massage that lasted maybe ten minutes, but probably less. Not worth it in my opinion. The lady who did this was lovely though. Then I went for my next treatment. I had to go back to the waiting room and change rooms for this. I had a different person. She asked me what colour I like my brows. I mentioned the previous experience and how the woman had made a note of the colour she used. She went to check this. Then she came back said nothing for awhile and then asked me again about how I like my brows. I was very confused and said to match my hair. I was asked again - probably about five times over the course of the treatment. She also asked what eyelash tint I want, I said Violet black. She changed this to blue black violet and was adamant that it was blue black violet when previously I’ve only even had violet and it’s not been an issue. It’s my own fault for not just speaking up and saying no just violet. She barely acknowledged me, didn’t ask any questions, apart from constantly asking about my brows and then at the end to try and convince me to get an eye package. Third visit and I’ve not been able to book the same technician twice so the end result is so variable. My brows are so ridiculously dark compared to my complexion but I just wanted out of there. $153 and I felt like I wasn’t listened to or respected as a customer. Devastated with the results. One brow is actually darker than the other. Won’t be returning.

Not the best experience on my 3rd visit. Hot wax was dropped on my ear and hair. Bit if hair was cut off as wax was stuck. No steam done. Was not relaxing at all. I found my 2nd visit better than the other 2.

Package booked was not what I received. Overall the experience was lacking professionalism and certainly not value for money. I won’t be returning to any Pure Indulgence store.

The girl spilt the eyebrow wax in my hair and than proceeded to cut my hair because she was unable to get it out. She than spilt it across my face, ripping out my eyelashes. I would never recommend Pure Indulgence Springfield.

My third visit to the Springfield salon for a facial was a terrible one. The beautician was a lovely girl who did her best but the experience wasn’t enjoyable and I won’t be going back, it was a waste of money. There was no music playing in the room so for the duration of my appointment all I listened to was the street noises and some pop music coming from a store nearby. The previous facials I’d attended at the salon, I got to enjoy a relaxation massage of my neck/shoulders or feet/legs while the LED mask was on but this time I just lay there while the beautician did some clean up and sat on her chair. Eventually she came and rubbed my scalp in the same spot over and over for a few minutes before thankfully it ended and I could leave. I was very impressed with my first 2 facials but unfortunately this one was a waste of good money and I won’t be returning. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying their expensive facials, go elsewhere where the service is more consistent.
