I was booked in for an under arm and leg wax. I was advised that my leg hair was probably to short to wax but was happy to go ahead and try anyway, I have no issue with this as I was informed and agreed to try so I take responsibility for that. However my underarm hair was long enough to wax but when I got home and looked large patches of hair where still there and that is not acceptable as well has this wax was dropped onto my shorts which then stuck to the back of my leg which I had to try and unstick and then had it over my hands and had to go out and ask for help and product to clean it off. Which she and was very helpful but this shouldn't have happened in the first place.I was also left with wax stuck all over my legs. Although the staff are friendly enough the level of service is not good enough and I will not be returning again. I was extremely disappointed with my experience, it was certainly not a Pure Indulgence at all.

The massage itself was great. However, the therapist kept getting my hair caught up in her hands and all the oil which was gross given usually you'd expect them to wrap it out of the way in a towel for you. None of the massage oil was wiped off with a warm damp cloth at the end so I was left completely covered in a thick layer of oil from head to toe after the massage which was gross. I also didn't like how the therapist immediately tried to upsell me massage packages right after the massage was completed while I was still lying naked on the massage table...I wouldn't go back again or recommend this place to a friend.

I used to love going there when the staff ( good manager also) was great ans super friendly and reliable service. I'm not sure what is happening there but the staff change very frequently and you can never get the same therapist etc. Today the person on the cashier was not friendly at all, very sour indeed. I could say a lot more but I'm generally not the type that likes to critize but would like Pure Indulgence to improve and get back to what it used to be as it is closer for me there. The service is so much better at Indooroopilly and Carindale store but unfortunately more difficult for me to get there. I have not had more treatments lately as I dread who I'm going to get and the service does not draw you in to go back any time soon.

I had my first experience with pure indulgence and it wasn’t the best. I’ve had pedicures at a few different places and I can say this one was the worst. I don’t think it’s value for money. The lady was friendly however she did cut my 2nd and 3rd toe which wasn’t very pleasant afterwards, the polish was applied poorly and I didn’t receive as much attention to detail as I have other places. I feel sorry for my best friend who spent money to buy me a voucher. Sorry but I’ve had much better pedicures.

The person that did my nose waxing needs re-training, the wax was put in the pulled out straight away, therefore the wax was still wet and my nostril was filled with wax. They then proceeded to pick at the wax non-stop with nil apology for the incompetence. Then with the second nostril, the therapist just pasted the wax in and around the nose and proceeded to pick at it until it came out. I’ve had dozens of nose wax appointments elsewhere and I have never experienced this technique or low quality of waxing. I will not be returning

It is to be a relaxing massage it was the worse experience I have ever had. Front room you have all the customers talking, staff talking, and noise from cars driving past Certainly was not pure indulgence
