I had booked a Pure Pamper package but didn't receive the hot stone therapy. The therapist was nice but her stomach was grumbling almost the whole way through the facial which was very off putting. During part of the facial, she left the room which again was distracting (last time I had this facial a different therapist gave me a full back and hand massage whilst the mask was drying as opposed to this therapist leaving the room). This therapist asked if the pressure was enough and when we pushed a little harder she said that was a hard as she could do which didn't allow me enough pressure. Both times she put the wheat bag over my eyes to block the light, I had to move it as I couldn't breathe through my nose and at one point she caught my ear as she turned my head which was painful. She also didn't use enough oil during the massage which also hurt at times. I am normally happy with my treatments from this salon but was very disappointed on this occasion and felt like my birthday vouchers were wasted.

My therapist left rhe room 4 times during the treatment, she also continuously talked throughout the treatment and kept pushing the facial series. Personally felt the treatment was a bit underwhelming

I bought a 3 time visit for facial and was upsold before the experience in the last two visits. Ruined my relax time. Advise me after, I wanna relax and chill or at least advice when using the product on me. That way I know what smell and feel it offers???

The massage and facial was lovely and the therapist was really nice . But I felt really oily at the end of the treatment as I didn’t get any of it hot toweled off and when I stood off bed I almost slipped a little as oil was still on my feet . the advice was really nice but I came for relaxation as I had few personal issues in home life so needed to take my mind off it to feel better not really to focus on my concerns as I got products at home that I love . Also I wish I was asked about putting stuff over my eye las extensions as I got a bit of a shock and I had just had them refilled two days ago and didn’t want product over them and the product went into my eye but I didn’t wanna say anything and make the therapist feel bad as she was really lovely .

Nothing special. Thought they were far too focused on up selling me other services and products than making the experience Great. I will look for elsewhere for a more relaxed experience

I was really looking forward to trying out Pure Indulgence. Unfortunately, the overall atmosphere wasn’t relaxing, nor indulging. The music in the treatment room was way too loud. The therapist talked too much, didn’t ask me how I would like the massage to ensure my experience was how I liked it and seemed disinterested so the treatment could have been better.
