I was treated great and the therapist was lovely however I feel that my service was not on a professional level at all. I was cold during the service & blankets were only placed on me at the end before my facial. My feet were out majority of the time which made me not feel comfortable and warm. The actual massage itself did not feel professional & didn’t feel like alot of effort was put into it. I feel like a person with no qualifications could do a way better job. After my appointment , there was white peeling products coming off my face and neck and it was clear that the cleanser/ exfoliant used was not properly removed before the moisturiser. During my appointment the salon was also quite loud, and I could hear outside the room. I came out of the salon feeling not the best and that I had to go home to take the rest of the white flakey product off my skin. I have had a way better experience here before hence why I was a returning customer. But I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I received and will not be returning. I spent $178 and regretted it.

This is my third full leg wax in a row and each time I was left with stubble as though my legs had been shaved. A lot of hair has been missed as well. I thought I would give them one more go after the first two times, but at over $80 for a full leg and bikini wax, I may as well shave my legs for nothing.

I was mucked around twice and had to come back for a third time to get the service done. Once there, I found the experience fairly underwhelming. Glad I had a gift voucher for half of the cost - wouldn't have been impressed having to pay the full $85 for what I got. (Hot oil foot treatment) The therapist was nice, but overall a pretty ordinary experience. Advertised as a one hour treatment, but only lasted 40 minutes.

I didn’t want to be rude but I’m extremely unhappy with my eyebrows. My formal is next Saturday and I have no hope in them. Firstly, the tint is way too dark for me and looks a little bit silly. Secondly, despite how friendly and lovely my attendant was I felt she didn’t care about the way they looked and when she showed me the mirror I asked to make them more even and she only evened up one. I have been to the salon before and am always happy with the result but I really don’t like the way they look. I spent $40 on them and to say I’m extremely unhappy and quite annoyed at the result is understatement.

I booked a facial peel/neck and shoulder massage value deal. Apologies for not remembering the name of the treatment. I must say that I was very disappointed. Firstly, I was assured that the peel was very mild and suitable for sensitive skin however I had to ask to have it removed almost as soon as it was applied as it stung my skin. Secondly, it was a very cold day and the room, the therapist's hands and the rubber mat under my shoulders were very cold. Thirdly, I remember being peeled from the rubber mat, which also hurt, as the therapist attempted to massage my shoulder area and lower back area...whilst I was still laying on my back. If I had actually known this was the actual back massage, and not just a prelude to a massage, I would have asked for something much firmer. Fourthly, I didn't know that a neck and shoulder massage included the upper breast area and found this rather odd. Lastly, after having my face stung and face rubbed for nearly half an hour I stood in the foyer with my hair covered in oil and a red face, dreading the walk to the car. The therapist then said my face was red and I should buy their products to fix my uneven skin. I politely purchases a tiny tube of very expensive eye serum and left. I most likely will never to return.
