Some massage movements from the girls feel rushed/fast, taking their time to do the movements and finish the massage movements completely. Taking their time with pressure points, as sometimes this feels rushed. So overall taking just slowly down the movements and completely the movements properly.

Pip is incredible, after every visit my friends say how magnificent my eye brows look. I did however feel the moral at the salon has changed dramatically, and not for the better - everyone working there looked like they had been kicked and they looked very sad and troubled... I understand there has been a change in management, what a shame the Manager has managed to bring everyone down... I will be very disappointed if the prices go up prior to any salon upgrade, the salon is looking as worn out as its people 😨

Just a quick note to clarify my response to the last question. This is no reflection on Pure Indulgence's professionalism or service, I just make it a habit never to refer anything to anyone. I have had several bad experiences in the past and find it safer to just avoid the whole issue. When asked by new people in the area I let them know that you are at Orion and if asked I will confirm that I have used the salon and have never had a bad experience there, but that's as close to a referral as I will come.
