At the start of the treatment and again at the end I felt like I was constantly being sold to. They tried to upsell treatment package and products, and then massage packages. It makes me not want to go back. The massage itself was good and the consultant was friendly. When I was getting changed at the end of the treatment a small cockroach crawled across the floor. Not a good look.

I got my legs waxed and when i got home there were still heaps of hairs still on my legs.

I have been to The Orion shop many times and have always had a great experience. This time however , not so much, First there was a big cockroach in the cupboard where i would put my personal belongings, so had to leave out on floor. I was quite cold during the time spent, but i should of told the lady. I think i have had that facial before, but this time i found it over whelming with all the treatments done on my face, seemed to be too much. Although that night my face did look and feel refreshed. Next time , i will go for a shorter time in a facial The back , neck and shoulder massage was fantastic, I always enjoy those.

I was recently given a gift voucher from my wonderful daughter for a relax massage & facial. I haven't been made to feel so special for a very long time! From the moment I stepped through the door at Pure Indulgence I was made to feel like a VIP. I've never had a treatment of this kind before, so I didn't know what to expect but Penelope treated me like I was royalty! The room I was ushered into was a delightful atmosphere & I slowly started to feel my stress & tension melt away. I enjoyed me experience so much that I ended up buying one of the relaxing hot stone treatment packages. I would recommend this salon to anyone thinking of treating themselves or a loved one to some pampering & time out.
