Was told treatment would take 2 hours when it took over 3 hours. People I was meeting with were a bit annoyed as it ruined plans. Seemed the therapist may have been new to some parts of the treatments (pedicure and massage) . And always the pressure to buy product throughout the treatment and after is annoying and cheapens the experience.

i used to go to pure indulgence for a particular employee who did such a good job - but she left. i haven't found anyone who can do facials the same quality I went for an hour facical and most of it was spent on massage. my skin felt the same as if I did it at home - I actually went home and did a deep clean at home and it felt better than leaving the salon

Had my eyebrows done and it is very evident that don’t match... one is significantly longer than the other and they are two different shapes. Paying $65 for an eyebrow wax and lip wax is beyond radiculous.

It was an unsettling experience. The clinician spoke to me about some rather disturbing things another client had told her, about mental health patients killing their children, somewhat graphic. I was really quite distressed by that. When I got home, I realized that she had done a rather poor job of half leg and Brazilian. Quite a bit of long fine hair left on both legs and other areas, that weren't ingrown. I have changed my next appointment to another clinician.

I paid for an 80 minute pure indulgence signature massage. As per the description online, this is what is provided ‘Scalp massage, aromatherapy oil body massage, hot stone ritual, recovery balm to finish’ I was taken into the room at 1:57pm and out paying at 3pm. When asked if this was meant to be 80 minutes, the therapists said yes but that includes the discussion aswell. No where online says that it will be less then 80 minutes. If this was a difference of 5 minutes or it was advised in the description I wouldn’t have minded but this is false advertising. I booked this massage thinking it would be 80 minutes, NOT 60. The 60 minute massage says it’s 40 minutes so you could understand where the other ‘20 minutes’ goes.

Hi, had a nice facial today and the lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed though that I could smell cigarette smell throughout my appointment and I felt that there was a little too much emphasis on selling the products. This took away from the overall experience that I have had previously with my facials.
