I had shellac polish removed, although the consultant was very friendly, she was rushed and in the process broke 3 fingernails.

Paid $159 for an 80 min treatment Appointment was for 1pm, I finished treatment at 2:15pm. 75 minutes from walk in to walk out. That’s including the time of getting in the room and undressing before service started and then the same when getting dressed and leaving. The massage was nice but wasn’t the best considering the price and the reputation. Was pretty disappointed to pay so much and not even get to enjoy the full 80 minute treatment was 70minutes at the most. Not one to usually write reviews but I did bug me when these things are so rare for me as a full time mum.

The general energy of the salon is horrible, lots of tension possibly between the staff? However, the lady attending to us does a good Koh but it it wasn’t for her I’d find somewhere else. The staff turn over is high here and clearly it’s not a happy place to work and it resonates

Tell new clients to arrive 10 minutes early so they can fill in necessary paperwork. A spa room which the door opens into the reception where people can look in made me very uncomfortable. Additionally, the. noise from reception was heard. Not at all relaxing! My hair and eyes were covered in oil. I appreciate staff need to sell products but having being spoken to mid facial is off-putting.

At the start of the treatment and again at the end I felt like I was constantly being sold to. They tried to upsell treatment package and products, and then massage packages. It makes me not want to go back. The massage itself was good and the consultant was friendly. When I was getting changed at the end of the treatment a small cockroach crawled across the floor. Not a good look.

Very expensive and not sure if I was sold correct product for my skin. Felt a bit pushed into buying it
