I felt like I was being pressured to buy more treatments. To be honest the result around my chin and neck area was not great. I had asked this area to be targeted because I felt this needed some attention. The products used around my eye area gave me a lot of discomfort for many hours later. Also I was feeling unwell later that night and was wondering if it was due to the hot stone massage on my shoulders. This at the time was quite firm thinking it was meant to feel this way, I just persevered with the pain and didn't stop the girl doing it because I was assured she knew what she was doing. This was my experience so if you are not aware of this you can't look into how this can be improved.

It has been suggested to me twice by your staff that I have rosacea. I have been to a dermatologist and he advised that I show no signs of having rosacea. Your staff should stick to giving facials, not medical advice!

I booked a one hour massage and a facial. This was my first time for a facial ever and my first massage at pure indulgence. I expressed what I was looking for in my massage and was happy to leave the facial up to Emily as she knows better than me as an expert with skin. I was incredibly happy with my facial, Emily did a wonderful job. My skin feel beautiful an hour after the facial. I was really dissatisfied with the massage. My session also finished 40 minutes earlier than I anticipated with no explanation as to why. Overall I’m actually feeling unhappy, but also thankful for the facial. Such conflicting feelings. Difficult to understand. I was given gift cards for these services from families I work with and I don’t get the opportunity to spend money on things like this. I think more communication is needed if things change from what the client ordered. Absolutely you know best about skin, but additional communication (especially for new people) I think would really help.

Extended my massage to 40 minutes and got 32 minutes. Had a voucher worth $150 paid an extra $92 to upgrade facial eyes and extend massage. For $240 my massage started at 3.22pm and I was finished whole treatment by 4.35pm. With facial usually also have a face massage which didn’t happen. Usually after a good facial I can tell the next day and don’t feel this today. Lady was lovely and polite but thought this might help for future improvements.

Was told treatment would take 2 hours when it took over 3 hours. People I was meeting with were a bit annoyed as it ruined plans. Seemed the therapist may have been new to some parts of the treatments (pedicure and massage) . And always the pressure to buy product throughout the treatment and after is annoying and cheapens the experience.
