I visited Pure Indulgence at Robina today for my birthday to have a manicure and pedicure. The manicure was so bad they had to refund it and remove the polish and the pedicure isn’t the best either. The last time I visited Pure Indulgence was quite sometime ago but I remember it being a very relaxing experience this time was not like that at all and considering it was for my birthday it was very disappointing. The staff member was very nice but she kept looking at the time (obviously she was under pressure to keep to the allotted time). When leaving the staff member at the desk was quite rude and though they refunded my manicure I left feeling very disappointed and unhappy. I will not be returning to Pure Indulgence anytime soon.

I thoroughly enjoyed my pamper today. How,ever I was extremely disappointed and was left with a bad taste in my mouth after the therapist convinced me to change my package as it would be more beneficial to me and would be cheaper. It turned out to be more expensive and I had to pay extra. What I can not understand is why she would do it. It did not only cause me embarrassment but did give your clinic a bad name as there were other people overhearing te conversation. Sad day for everyone!!!

I was grateful that you agreed to hold some of the money from my expired gift voucher but due to the circumstances explained I was a little unhappy that the full value of the voucher as purchased was not retained. When I received the gift voucher I went and explained that I could not use the voucher because of covid and I was a carer for my husband who we could not risk him catching covid due to his health. The lass at Robina offered a card as replacement and advised that it was available till 2023. Wrongly it appears that this meant up to 2023 not that year. My husband unfortunately passed away in March this year which meant I no longer had to keep my distance from everyone and so I called to arrange to use the credit on the card and this was when I was advised that the card had expired. I enjoyed my massage today and paid the difference but just wanted to raise the issue that sometimes there are circumstances that do make things impossible to use the vouchers in a set time frame.
