Whilst the facial range products are expensive they are worth the $ due to the results they give. I always appreciate the advice of the team for my skin care, they are usually spot on and my skin improves as a result.

The main negative thing I have to say is that I was left too long waiting for my facial to begin, after getting undressed and under the covers. I feel it eats into the time I should be getting the 1hour facial I paid for. Other then that, the beautician did an amazing facial/back massage!!

When I booked in the girl who took my booking failed to type in that I wanted my lip and eyebrows waxed, she only made the appointment for eyebrows. Luckily my therapist was able to fit me in for both. Also, the same girl didn't type in the products that I had bought (on the therapists recommendation from 6 weeks earlier) and didn't inform me that I needed to make sure that I hadn't used a certain product for two days leading up to my waxing as the skin reacts badly.
