I very much enjoyed the experience yesterday with Teniel but I can afford to come only when I have a voucher or there is a special offer. I watch out for dermalogica sales too. You could consider implementing a rewards system for repeat customers that also encourages people like me to 'justify' the expense as it is a luxury.
