Each time I go to Pure Indulgence I also have a different girl, they each have said they have been there a year with the salon. Today I think I had Hayley and she was very lovely, she is the first girl that has measured my eyebrows and explained where the arch should be etc. I was very appreciative of this. She also advised me of how I can buy my waxing in a pack of 6 which I thought was great.

It was my first facial and I highly enjoyed it. The staff were lovely and welcoming and the facial itself was great. The only confusion/concern I had was that i booked the hour session and it finished around 15-20 mins early. I wasn’t to bothered as I was satisfied with the treatment but some people might be more bothered by that and anyone would want what they paid for. I still received all that was promised just less time :) Other than that no worries or complaints was relaxing and enjoyable.

I would just like to commend both Erin and Jess from the Robina store. It is always a pleasure dealing with them. They are both so friendly and Jess once again did a wonderful job on my pedicure. She is very thorough and such a polite and professional person. If both these ladies are on I know that I am going to have an enjoyable experience. It is also great to see that you have finally brought back the hot oil massage included in the pedicure. It is one of the reasons I come to get my pedicure and you had nearly lost my business due to its change, however I am extremely happy that it is now back again in your menu.
