I loved my facial and massage I received. I would've liked her to have informed me of the products she would have recommended for me, instead I had to ask. In saying that she did have good product knowledge.

I only have one issue. I can only book on a Sunday and as all my family know I love going and having a massage or other treatments they have purchased me a gift voucher. When booking I did not mention I was using a voucher but only found out I couldn't use it for payment on the Sunday after my treatment. Just disappointing that I have received a gift that I cannot take advantage of and will have to pass it onto someone else while paying for my own treatments. I would find it easier to understand if there was a price difference on a Sunday but the price for all treatments are the same no matter what day you go.

It is alwasy a pleasant experience at Pure Indulgence, it is tricky when they ask you to have a look at your brows though, when you have been in a soft lit room and you then get handed a mirror, admittedly it is a make-up one and asked if you are happy with it. I am always a little dazed as I tend to bliss out and its not till I get home later and have switched on that I really have a good look. Maybe if they got to you sit up and have a look at your brows it would be better. Overall considering I am having waxing done I say it is an indulgent experience at Pure Indugence.
