Not really a complaint.. Its always great to enter pure indulgence Robina north.. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only issue with my recent experience with Robina north is that the girl tried way too hard to up sell me. Many times I feel pressured into buying product that I don't need. I use dermalogica and on multiple occasions staff try to me tell my skin isn't 100% and ill need to try medikate or yuva. That being said I believe whatever promotion is on at the time the girls try to push it onto you even when you might not require it...at least you know they're trying to do their job right by you guys! It's just when I Enter a pure indulgence salon I want to relax and enjoy my experience and not have to stress over what they might get me to try and buy. I was having my hour facial when the assistant kept asking me questions about what I use, I can't enjoy my treatment and relax. I have started to get my facials done over at the other Robina pure indulgence store. Lovely girls over there too it's just they don't make me feel uncomfortable. I feel they recommend product to me and not try to sell me products.

I come to you guys each time I need my legs waxed and don’t usually say anything but I am this time. I have fair blonde hairs which can be hard to see but I always each time I’ve had a treatment am left with several patch’s that weren’t done back over or even checked before finishing. Each time I come home and finish it myself. So overall what id say is just go over with more wax or tweezers once done initial first wax before cream and finished with towel

Service was very relaxing and environment lovely. High quality products used. Only complaint is that the 130min package went 20minutes short and a lot of product (mask) was left on face at the end and not cleaned off properly.

The environment and the person who looked after me were amazing, however I expected more from the service that I paid for. I did a 60 minutes whole body massage however the whole massage was done with me lying on my tummy. My foot wasn’t touched, which for my understanding is usually the part of the body that need attention too, and I was only asked to roll over the last 5 min for a quick shoulder/chest massage. The lady was very attentive and professional, but I did expect more for something that says “whole body massage”.

I had two treatments a pedicure which I could not fault it lived up to my expectation, the second treatment was an eyebrow tint , . This was most disappointing one eyebrow right side was while not excellent was tolerable, the left side, however was not matched and only half of it was tinted , I told the operator that due to a medical condition there was little hair on the brow , she said she would mix various colours it would be ok. Today , the day after it does not look as if I have had the eyebrows done at all. I have been satisfied previously, so I thank you for the opportunity to express my complaint.
